Better Photography
Wilderness Adventure Tasmania has taken a series of “Better Photography” experiences in Tasmania’s wilderness.  These adventures provide a stunning landscape to photograph and a professional photographer to assist in capturing that landscape professionally on camera.  Photography adventures are available for professional photographers, amateur photographers and total beginners.

The Young American Presidents
Six presidents of fortune 500 companies in American wanted to experience Tasmania’s Wilderness in style.  After arriving in the island state and checking into their penthouse accommodation, the group were flown by light aircraft into the South West World Heritage Area where they touched down on the beach at Cox Bight.  From here they commenced a five day return walk to Ketchum Bay.  A cordon bleu chef accompanied the clients along with the guides who carried the majority of the equipment and food.  A fishing boat drifted off shore to ferry in fresh seafood daily for meals and provide a shower facility if required.  The boat also provided transport around the coastal headlands for one client, whose fitness deterred him from climbing over.
The clients certainly did bushwalking with style! Flying out of Melaleuca airstrip, 50 minutes back to the city of Hobart, the clients were amazed that such a wilderness exists so close to a capital city.

Testimonials
I have done many walks over many years with Wilderenss Adventure Tasmania, and can say without hesitation, that every time their organisation has been first class.
John Frankcomb, Ranelagh, Tasmania.

My trek with Wilderness Adventure Tasmania introduced me to a totally new and amazing experience of some of the most beautiful wilderness imaginable. Great company, conversation and cuisine, and of course, the drop of red or fine Tasmanian whisky that somehow materialised each night, was just part of a unique and unforgettable ten days! Thanks so much Richard, Sue and our brilliant guide Chris for an experience of a lifetime.
Merilyn Newnham, Connecting Images, Hawthorne VIC.

The trip to Cox’s Bight was one of unfolding beauty. Richard and his friendly team guided us to places of unparalleled magnificence in the Tasmanian wilderness, topping each adventurous day off with a hearty meal and a fine wine. The scenery and the tranquillity leave a lasting impression upon the spirit.
Pat Fazackerley, Kingston, Tasmania.

I've sat quite a few times to write thank you letters to you both only to find I couldn't. The whole experience of the South West has had a profound effect on me emotionally and spiritually which I am sure I needn't have to explain to you. It gave me so much. I've a heightened appreciation for our beautiful wilderness and how important it is to savour it.
Thank you so much to you both for sharing with myself and the group something that is clearly a great passion. Part of me is still sitting on the beach at Hidden Bay and I plan to visit 'me' and this beautiful breathtaking piece of the world many times over.
